授業内容

Recent progress of electrical engineering in the 21st century owes very much to the advancement in the materials for energy and related areas. The topics of the present course involves advanced materials in the field of electrical and energy area to help understand the state of the art technologies in the materials for energy and related area.

授業計画

1.Overview of basic materials, in electrical, electronics, and telecommunications.
2.Emerging technology area such as, fuel cell, micro-photonics, from the viewpoint of the application of various materials using nanotechnology.
3.Materials processing techniques in various nanotechnology.
