Architectural Environment Planning

By the enforcement of the View law in Japan, we hope to change over the architectural act from the present consumption style to the accumulation style.
Making a main theme "the construction of the city geographic information system intended for area that possesses history property" in this lecture, I compare and examine it while introducing the case of the city development of Japan and France. In the cases, I introduce about the role of the administration, assistant supervisor architect etc. as urban management. And I inspect a method to find a charm of the place by restructuration of old property.
