Conduct research investigation for the subject the student identified under guidance of main and sub instructors. Requirements
to complete the course include 1) complete research report of the special topic study, and 2) present the contents of the
report at the final evaluation meeting. This is mandatory course to complete for graduation.
In the second half of the year student is expected to conduct the investigation to answer the research questions, and complete
as the graduation thesis.
学生が設定した課題を元に、主･副指導教員のもとで研究を進め、最終的に①「特定課題研究報告書」の形にまとめること、②研究の内容を最終審査会にて報告すること、を柱とする必修科目である。
後期は主に、前期までに決定したリサーチクエスチョンとその解決策などをまとめ、報告書に仕上げていくことが主なプロセスとなる。
Evaluation method and criteria
The evaluation guidance applied for the Special Topic Study Report (Graduation Thesis) is following;
Contents of the research should be novel and/or unique, and contain value to academia and society. It is required to contain
clear description of issues, review of previous research works, application of relevant methods, and demonstration of results
of investigation. The report should be clearly expressed and written by the student with his/her original thoughts according
to the given writing format guideline.
「特定課題研究報告書」の評価項目は以下の通り。
内容： 新規性，または独創性があり，学術的価値または社会への応用性のある、規定に沿った内容で、著者による独自の考察の入った，自著の論文であること。
スタイル：明確な問題提起をしてあり，適切な先行研究のレビューがあり，適切な研究方法を選択し，研究結果が明示され，適切な章立てと，明快な表現をしてあり，フォーマットに準拠していること。
The evaluation guidance applied for the Special Topic Study Presentation at the final evaluation meeting is following;
Contents of the research should be novel and/or unique, and contain value to academia and society. The presentation should
be clearly expressed with his/her original thoughts, and managed in questions and answers.
「最終審査会」の評価項目は以下の通り。
新規性，または独創性があり，学術的価値または社会への応用性のある、規定に沿った内容で、著者による独自の考察の入った報告であること。報告後の質疑応答に適切に対応していること。
Final evaluation will be made by all instructors based on both of the Special Topic Study Report (Graduation Thesis) and the
presentation. Total score is 100 points with contributions of the main instructor 40%, sub instructor 20%, and average scoring
of other instructors 40%.
審査は，全専任教員が各学生の特定課題研究報告書及びその発表を総合して最終審査を100点満点で行う（主指導40％、副指導20％、その他教員の平均40％の割合）。
