Course content
We perform a literature survey and case studies for the following project delivery methods, deepen the understanding through the results announcement.
· Public-Private Partnership (PPP) / Private Finance Initiative (PFI)
· Facility Management (FM)
· Design Build (DB)
Purpose of class
Mastered the knowledge of the PPP/PFI, FM, DB, better understand their associated.
Goals and objectives
  1. The first objective is to learn the life cycle process of building.
  2. The second objective is to learn a comprehensive consideration for architecture and building engineering.
  3. The third objective is to understand production system and various kinds of methods in building.
  4. This course is related to the internship.
