Course description
　 Biotechnology related business is one of the most important and promising business in 21st century.　Although pharmaceuticals business is the biggest market for bio so far, it is anticipated that genetically modified food and regenerative medicine would become big business soon. This course deals such business and technology to evoke new business idea. Also, this course explain research and development management of high-technology bio industry.

　 Expecting student who are not familiar with basic biology, plain explanation of genetics and developmental biology will be included during the course.
Purpose of class
Purpose of this course is to be able to plan new bio-related business by understanding of the basics of biotechnology and its current business.
