“Management of Intellectual Property” examines the key strategic decisions faced by engineers and scientists at each stage of research and development. The course aims to develop your ability to understand intangible rights and effectively manage the fruit from your laboratory work. It focuses mainly on the patent right, but includes some examples of other intellectual property rights.
