Practice on Presentation
This class gives students a basic background in the theories and principles of public speaking as well as practical experience.
Topics will also include cultural conventions and speech, perceptions of others, verbal/nonverbal messages and how to overcome
presentation anxiety.
Proper and effective presentation skills are very important when we try to convey messages to others. This class will give
the students an opportunity to develop and strengthen skills in preparing and presenting public oral presentations in a variety
of contexts. The class also aims to develop students' critical listening skills.
- Students will be able to clarify their presentation objectives
- Students will be able to make a clear, concise and persuasive presentation.
- Students will be able to use effective non-verbal communication skills.
- Students will be able to have active disucssions.
- Students will be able to realise their personal speech habits and chracteristics and to make good use of them.
