Course description
Design is works to convert various requirements into substances that can run and use. We can divide the basic process of design into below 2 process:
1) Consideration and survey of present relationship between various requirements and actual object and system.
2) Ideations and prototyping that can fill their requirements
This class acquire skills of 2nd process through making prototypes repeatly that have few design elements.
Purpose of class
This class aim to acquire basic skills of modeling and prototyping that are required in various specialized design area in common. Simultaneously, acquire below 2 skills through those actions:
1) Viewpoint to watch forms with reasonably and esthetically
2) Methods to explain their intentions of ideas
Goals and objectives
  1. To have skills of making ideas and prototypes by using typical materials and machining methods.
  2. To understand the meaning of making prototypes to realize with having the viewpoint of reasonably and esthetically.
  3. To have skills of mention that their own intentions of ideas accurately.
