Course description
It is done in exercise format to perform measurement and training. It is divided into two groups, a general group and a competition group. The general group devises measurement items and measurement methods in lifestyle habits and evaluates and improves lifestyles by digitizing them. The competition group will clarify the characteristics of each competition, clarify the items leading to the improvement of the competitive skills, devise field tests, evaluate and improve the training effect. Create your own original program.
