Graduation Thesis2

You can’t take this class without the credit of Graduation Thesis 1. You will study a specific topic for your sake under the guidance of a professor at an assigned laboratory of Dept. Electronic Engineering in SIT (taking your wish into consideration). Based on your knowledge (what you have learned so far), this course deals with the basis of research and development through discussion on your ways, methods, results of a specific topic by means of your laboratory and Dept. presentations. Total study time is more than 82.5 hours. Depending on the situation, you may study abroad as part of this class. Depending on the situation, you may study abroad as part of this class.

Based on your knowledge (what you have learned so far), you are expected to acquire the basis of research and development through discussion on your ways, methods, results of a specific topic by means of your laboratory and Dept. presentations.

Research Content：I instruct a student to be a junior and senior high school, the course in mathematics teacher of the high school and aim at training, and the student who got a knowledge and a skill necessary to be engaged in mathematics and information-affiliated education by education-related industry. In addition, I perform the instruction of the skill that can utilize a computer in education. I perform the study for the purpose of letting you integrate a technique and knowledge engineering-like in the study that rose at these points of view with course in mathematics pedagogy.

Research Content：In recent years, engineering technology has been introduced to school education. In this lecture, we focus on ICT(Infomation and Communication Technology) in school education from the viewpoint of educational sociology and obtain knowledge that contributes to future development of engineering.

研究内容：教育心理学をベースに，大きく分けて教育実践的アプローチ，教育工学的アプローチ，心理測定的アプローチから研究を行う．教育実践的アプローチでは，児童・生徒を対象にしたソーシャルスキル教育のためのプログラムを作成し，実際に小中学校等でプログラムを実践し，その効果を検討することを主目的とする．教育工学的アプローチでは，ソーシャルスキル教育で育成すべき知識や見方・考え方を教育工学的に整理しモデルを作成したうえで，ゲーミング教材を開発し，その教育効果を検討することを主目的とする．心理測定的アプローチでは，統計的手法を用いて情動知能やソーシャルスキルといった心理学分野の構成概念を測定するためのツールを開発することを主目的とする．

You are requested to record your work in your work diary. Your work and your presentation on your Graduation Thesis2 works are requested to be evaluated by your guiding professor and other professors, respectively. You must score at least 60 points or higher out of 100 to pass from the points of view as follows:
-Evaluation of your works by your guiding professor: You can understand a research background knowledge, and carry out the basic research work. You can carry on both your engineering design and Graduation Thesis works along your planning, and find better solutions in future (25%). You can write your thesis on a specific topic (25%).
-Evaluation of your presentation by other professors: You can prepare the presentation stuff along the guidelines (25%). You can answer questions on your Graduation Thesis2 works and results (25%).

Each guiding Professor will assign.

To satisfy the required credits. You must have taken the credit of Graduation Thesis 1.
