Course description
There are many kinds of the plans of a city and the area a local exception and according to a field. Foundations are the city planning plan and city planning master plan of an area for cities, towns and villages and residents.
In addition, it becomes a next preparation that a lesson at each time understands the contents of each time since relation with last time is close.
Purpose of class
Purpose of this course is to learn by using the subject of a society of shrinking population as an entrance about the structure and subject of the role of area city planning and a cities, towns and villages city master plan, and a city and a regional plan.
Goals and objectives
  1. be able to know the cause of a low birthrate, advanced age, and a society of shrinking population, a problem, and the outline of correspondence, and can consider now the subject as future occupation people as a citizen.
  2. be able to learn the creation method, data, or a plan and to consider the necessity and subject of citizens' participation in municipal affairs about the city master plan of the city planning of an area and cities, towns and villages
  3. be able to know the present condition of farmland and agriculture, and a forest and forestry, and the point of a subject, and consider and come the necessity for cooperation with a city.
