Course description
Omiya campus has introduced environmental management system, promoted efforts toward the environment, with the environmental policy as "green campus" creation. In order to smoothly operate the environmental management system, it is indispensable for students who are semi-constituents to understand its contents and act on the basis of systematic thinking. In this exercise, we aim to practically learn about the environmental management system by proposing and practicing environmental improvement activities at Omiya campus, experiencing the PDCA cycle of grasping and reviewing its effect, and so on.
Specifically, as a member of the Student Environment Committee, it divided into four groups such as energy saving, garbage, public relations, and education, planning and implementing environmental improvement activities of Omiya campus, grasping the effect, grasp the effect, and in the environment of the Omiya campus We propose a management system improvement plan.
