Experiments of Building Material and Construction

hamasaki hitoshi

kaneko tatsuki
Course description
This experiment class takes up the concrete materials, concrete work and tile finishing.
It acquires it as knowledge with a actual phenomenon by voluntarily doing the examination of the constituent, the design of the material, manufacturing, the evaluation, and a chain of flows.
Moreover, it also enhances communications skills, and presentation ability thorough the report writing and presentation of experiments.
Purpose of class
Understanding to the construction material and construction is deepened by voluntarily designing, manufacturing, and managing the material.
Goals and objectives

Goals and objectives Course Outcomes
1. The chemical composition and the physical properties of concrete are understood, and the ideal way of the QC (quality control) is acquired from experience on the design and the construction of the building.
3.
2. The construction technique concerning the tile construction, the formwork, and the non-destructive test, etc. are understood, and the quality management approach is acquired from experience.
3.
3. Communications skills and the presentation ability are acquired by the group by executing, and doing presentation.
