Course content
The life is the complicated molecular assenbly. Chemistry, physics, the knowledge of the creature are essential to understand the activity. By this class, I aim for understanding life activity to make ends meet in a chemical reaction reasonably, and the life activity lectures at a molecular level how it is. Particularly, I focus to explain on proteins, nucleic acids, biological molecules.
Purpose of class
The goals of this course are to obtain the basic knowledge about the NMR behavior and to assign the signals to target compound.
Goals and objectives
  1. The student who studied this lecture must be able to explain a function and a characteristic of the protein. An enzyme, an antibody, receptor protein, transportation protein.
  2. The relations of an enzyme and vitamins. A bioreactor, feedback inhibition, medicine and a repressor, vitamins.
  3. The student who studied this lecture must be able to explain about the chemical structure of the nucleic acid, a gene code.
