Homeostasis is the most important key word in physiology. Several kinds of physiological fields have been existed: i.e. molecular, organ, and community. In this class, it explains in a basic human physiology.
Purpose of class
In this class, we would like to learn about the mechanisms of human aging and neurodegenerative disorders. Specifically, we have focused on Alzheimers and Parkinsons.
Goals and objectives
  1. Understanding in human physiological functions and homeostasis
  2. Understanding in organs and its functions
  3. Understanding in the relation to age-related diseases and physiological functions
