Course content
Lunar surface is coverd with loose soil called "Regolith". When the rovers traverse loose soil, there are various situation. From this condition, we will discuss to develop new wheels and mechanism.
Purpose of class
There are various locomotion when the rovers traverse the shearing ground. We can study locomotion from these condition. From these discussion, we will design newel robot including "system".
Goals and objectives
  1. We get knowledge of conventional lunar explore robot.
  2. We can explain locomotion condition on loose soil.
  3. We can discussion the robot's design for lunar environment.
