Course content
This course is a study of the essentials of management and how to apply these principles in the dynamic field of business. It covers the functions of management through a basic understanding of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. This course will study traditional and e-business operations
Purpose of class
The purpose of this course is to 1) understand fundamental management frameworks and concepts, 2) use and apply these theories and frameworks to problems/issues found in your area of study, and 3) find a solution for the problem/issues by the framework and concepts introduced in the course.
