Course content
In all industries, from manufacturing to service and information systems, project management is a necessary tool for businesses and organizations to achieve their objectives and yield results. This course will concretely elucidate the nature and benefits of project management by introducing real-world initiatives from familiar cases and businesses. Students will develop their project management skills through experiential learning of project management methods.
