In our product system design area (especially the field related to molds), to learn for the current situation, task, countermeasure,
future technology etc. in manufacturing through experiment and consideration.
・ Understanding of various characteristics of metal materials and plastic processing experiments
To be able to to solve the problems of each phenomenon for the problems on the various properties of metal materials and plastic
working experiments.
- to be able to explain the structure of various molds.
- to be able to explain typical material tests (tensile test / hardness test).
- to be able to explain the press forming mechanism.
