Securing metal resources is an extremely important issue for our country. In this lecture, I give lectures on smelting and
refining of steel and non-ferrous metals, and explain about the basic principles of each smelting and refining technology,
chemical reactions, etc. In addition, I give lectures on technology for recovering resources from urban mines.
In this lecture, we aim to learn metal smelting and refining, resource exhaustion problems and separation and recovery technology
necessary for basic knowledge of material engineering.
