1 Exercise(Basic)
It is done in exercise format to perform measurement and training. It is divided into two groups, a general group and a competition
group. The general group devises measurement items and measurement methods in lifestyle habits and evaluates and improves
lifestyles by digitizing them. The competition group will clarify the characteristics of each competition, clarify the items
leading to the improvement of the competitive skills, devise field tests, evaluate and improve the training effect. Create
your own original program.
Understand training basic theory and cultivate the ability to build your own original program
- Students make ingenuity and quantify them by objective and subjective evaluation, leaving records.
- Students are repeatable and continue practical things.

1. Evaluate whether active and voluntary training (including outside of class), is being conducted (20%)
2. Final exam (30%)
3. For the report, understand the content of the lecture and evaluate whether the results can be considered (40%)
4. Achievement of training effect (10%)
Acquisition of 60% or more is a pass.
