Course description
This course focuses on managing lifestyle to improve the quality of life, and students are required to record data on their lifestyle. Students are also required to practice sportsmanship in class, which is regarded as the most important evaluation in this course.
Particularly in this class, we conduct various training, develop lessons aiming at increasing muscle mass and improving muscular strength.
Purpose of class
Practice sportsmanship by Fitness B class, and improve lifestyle.
Learn to use safe machines and master correct strength training methods.
