    Topics include
    1. High-aspect-ratio microstructures of nanocomposite materials fabricated by using proton beam writing.
    2. Three-dimensional structures of titania nanoparticles assembled by dielectrophoresis.
    3. Micro-structuring of a polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) film by proton beam writing for sensor applications.
    4. Micro-structuring of a poly(VDF/TrFE) film using proton beam writing for sensor applications
    5.Modification and evaluation of the electrical properties of IGZO semiconductor.
    6. Fabrication of IGZO-TFT by a liquid-phase process and a sensor application.
