Course description
設計図書に基づいて、関係諸法規などを遵守して、発注者の要求に沿った建物を、安全に、適切なコストで、良質なものを、契約工期内に造り上げるのが建築施工法の目的である。建築施工の特色は、材料・構造・力学・法規および建築経済などの集大成である。ここでは、各種構法の基本を習得する。
Purpose of class
建築のものづくりについて、建設施工管理者（現場監督）と技能労働者（職人）が、どのような組織で、どのように行っているかを理解し、建築現場での「ものづくり」の本質を理解し、次世代の担い手を育成するために、着工から竣工に至る様々な工程の基本を理解することが、本授業の目的である。
1. 建築生産の現場での流れを把握し、簡単な工程表を作成できるようにする。
2. 建築生産の現場で必要な準備（段取り）を理解し、各種届け出を含めて、着工までに準備することを把握する。
3. 最新の建築生産現場の現状を把握し、最新技術の情報を習得し、将来、それらの技術を活用できるようにする。
Goals and objectives
  1. 建築生産現場の組織や全体工程を理解し、バーチャートによる建築工事計画を立案できる
  2. 各種建物に適した施工法を理解し、敷地条件を考慮して適切な施工法を提案することができる
  3. コンクリート工事や鉄骨工事の細部にわたる計画を立案することが出来る

Evaluation method and criteria
出席・授業内小テスト・レポート課題20％、中間テスト40%、学期末テスト40%で評価する。

達成目標の概ね60%の内容が理解でき、上記のテストの合計が60点以上を獲得できた場合を、合格とする。

Work experience Work experience and relevance to the course content if applicatable
Applicatable Until now, Professor has experience 20 years of a researcher, 2 years of a structural designer and 1 year in TAKENAKA corporation, which is one of 5 big general contractors in Japan. And then, Professor have several knowledge and experiences from Urban design, design-built and constructions. And, the professor has 1-st grade Architect. As a result, the professor is able to give several presentations based on actual experiences for students.
