    Research Content
In order to conduct astronomical observations with balloons and satellites, it is required to read out the signals in detectors, extract just the needed information through data processing, transfer the data to the ground, and derive the scientific results through data analysis. Hence, the multiple technologies with hardware and software are necessary. In this laboratory, we observe natural phenomena in the universe by using instruments onboard satellites, and analyze the data to derive the scientific results. We can also develop the technologies for the astronomical observations.
