Course content
In recent years, declining birthrate and aging of the population and the globalization of the economy have promoted the decline of the regional economy and the collapse of the community, regardless of local rural agricultural villages or metropolitan areas. This is a common issue for cities in other countries including developing countries. Meanwhile, even local cities have become essential to incorporate the perspective of SDGs (sustainable development targets) into regional strategies.
For sustainable development of these cities, it is necessary to consider solutions based on accurate grasp and analysis of regional issues based on careful field survey.
Purpose of class
This class conducts problem-solving learning that considers field work survey and problem solving for local sustainable development
