Course content
Knowledge of technology management is required to play as a researcher or engineer who learned science and engineering. Especially knowledge about management of intellectual property is critical. This lecture handles basic knowledge and skills to use of patent right, copyright, design reight, trademark right and trade secret.
Purpose of class
技術者が研究・開発の成果としての知的財産を適切に管理し、それを事業において最大限に活用できるようになるための知識、能力を習得する。
Goals and objectives
  1. 研究・開発の成果としての知的財産のマネジメントの基礎を理解し、理工学の複数領域を横断する問題の総合的問題解決力を獲得する
  2. 理工学の領域を跨る背景知識である技術経営学の基礎を理解し、自身の核となる専門分野の知識と組み合わせて社会で的確に活用できる能力を獲得する
  3. 研究・開発からビジネスに至る過程において検討すべき重要課題を認識し、それを解決する能力を獲得する
