Course description
In this class, students learn about MIMO (multi-input multi-output) system, which is difficult in the classic control theory.
In the classic control theory, a system is transformed into the transfer function in frequency domain, meanwhile the modern control theory analyses a system with state space equations. In this class, the analysis using state space equations are introduced.
Purpose of class
To learn analysis method in time domain while the classic control theory analyzes in frequency domain.
Goals and objectives
  1. To enable to derive state space equation
  2. To enable to transform linear differential equations
  3. To judge controllability and obserbavility
  4. To judge stability of linear system
  5. To control a system with state feedback
  6. To understand optimal control
  7. To estimate by the state space observer
Language
