Digital Electronic Circuits

maeda tadashi
Course description
At present, most of electronic apparatuses, especially consumer electronic products, include the digital circuit. And also a digital circuit is basic element for a computer. This class gives the lecture on the behavior of electronic devices which consists of digital circuit, like a diode or a transistor at first. Next, the class gives the lecture on boolean algebra and on design principles of combination circuits.
Purpose of class
In digital electro circuit 1, the lecture aims to understand the behavior of the behavior of electronic devices which consists of digital circuit. The lecture also aims to understand the design principles of combination circuits.
Goals and objectives
  1. To be able to understand the voltage transfer characteristics of CMOS
  2. To be able to understand structure of gate element using CMOS
  3. To be able to design basic combination circuits
  4. To be able to understand the operation of CMOS flip-flop
  5. To be able to understand structure of sequential circuit, and also design the circuit.
