Course description
Study area of information science and engineering is overviewed for new students. Department staffs introduce various research topics in information science and engineering. They also explain the relationship between the department curriculum and those research topics. The student writes a minute paper and submits it every lecture. The student learns how to write technical papers and writes ones related with the area that he/she is interested in. Students also learn laws and ethics on digital data.
The class schedule described here is an example. The schedule will be updated after fixed.
Purpose of class
Students can get a whole picture of information science and engineering, so that they can make plans of their study.
Students can learn basics of technical report writing.
Students can learn basics laws and ethics to properly handle digital data.
