Course description
The purpose of this course is to help students increase their score on the TOEIC test. Students will gain practice in both the listening and reading sections of the test. They will also learn vocabulary and grammar commonly used in the test, and useful test-taking techniques. Besides the final test, students will take several quizzes during the semester. They will follow the test schedule their teacher gives.

Evaluation method and criteria
Scores of the TOEIC-IP test are NOT included in the students' grades in 2020 academic year.
Their grades are calculated by using only their class score.

If students understand most of the learning contents of the course, they are expected to obtain 60 points or more on tests and assignments.

Tapescripts and audio files for Listening Part are uploaded to “TOEIC II Community” on Scomb. Please use them only for learning purposes and delete the downloaded files after this semester is over.
Prerequisites
Students intending to take this course are recommended to have a TOEIC/ TOEIC-IP test score of about 500 or above.
Please bring a dictionary to the class.
