Course description
Not only the knowledge for maintaining and improving the health is obtained, but also the exercise which is more suitable for oneself is groped in practicing various exercises. Ultimately, you'll be able to plan and plan your own health training.
Purpose of class
To perform correct training by referring to own physical strength and physiological data.

  1. Understand the physiological principles of conditioning.
  2. To be able to design and create an exercise program suitable for oneself
  3. To be able to perform exercise program and modified accordingly.
