Course description
３年次まで修得した知識を基に、学生自らが特定の具体的課題に対し主体的に取り組む。この課題決定は教員と学生とで調整し、その遂行にあたっては研究室や実験室において通年に亘り日常的且つ定期的に行うゼミ等の指導体制が採用され、取り組み方や努力の傾注の仕方についての厳しい指導がなされる。
Purpose of class
３年次までに習得した知識やスキルに基づき、特定のテーマについて適切な実験や解析を行い、技術的課題に対する解決策に関する新たな知見を獲得することを通じて、技術者としての姿勢、構想力・問題設定力、問題解決力の向上を図る。土木工学分野におけるデザイン能力の育成を図る科目の一つである。
