Course description
Following Organic Chemistry I, this class include the structural and reactive theory about organic compounds bearing various functional groups as well as the properties and the synthetic method.
Purpose of class
To develop an understanding of the whole picture of organic chemistry.

  1. Understanding of conformation, properties, and reactivity of organic compounds.
  2. To understand the reaction mechanism of basic organic reactions.
  3. To master determining method of chemical structure of organic compounds.

Evaluation method and criteria
Require total score of 60% and above within small exam 20%, intermediate exam 35％, and terminal exam 45％. If you do not attend more than two-thirds of the number of classes, you can not take the interim / final exams.
