Course description
There are many laws and regulation about all the environment (nature, a city, construction, etc.) which surrounds us. While getting to know those concrete laws and regulations, why are such laws and regulations required? It is an aim of a lesson to consider the meaning of the law. Especially the Building Standard Law and the Town Planning and Zoning Act change with the historical backdrops and economic conditions. Here, I understand "the related regulation according to a process." It is also understanding the law according to each occupation. In addition, I incorporate the repair of the existing building etc. which are changing in the large renewal age from scrap and build and which kept an eye on the situation of these days also about the statute description relevant to a renovation and conversion about global warming prevention.
Purpose of class
While understanding the legal purpose and law system relevant to a city and construction, and relevance, I aim at understanding the contents of the important item of Architecture and Urban Regulation which changes with times.
Goals and objectives
  1. Understand the system of the legal system related to the surrounding construction and community development, and be able to explain related laws.
  2. Participants can learn and understand the philosophy and purpose of the legal system, and explain important items of laws and regulations.
  3. Participants can acquire more practical knowledge from various cases and acquire the level of knowledge to take the architectural exam regulations.
