Course content
The regional-energy system is one of the especially important infrastructures, and the building facilities are indispensable to operate building comfortably and effectively. In this program, basic concept of the regional-energy system and the HVAC system will be presented. Relationship between renewable energy and the regional-energy, the energy efficient building services, and so on will be studied.
To register this class, students must already have basic technical knowledge on:
1) Building thermal, air, light, and sound environment
2) Building air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical facilities
3) City water service, sewage system, electric supply, and gas supply
4) Technologies of absorption chiller and heat pump for cooling and heating
Test technical knowledge in the first lesson. Only those who passed the test will be allowed to take classes.
