1 Enzyme Engineering
I teach it about a basic item of the enzyme chemistry including the specificity of the enzyme as the catalyst in the living
body, kinetics, an inhibition mechanism and reaction mechanism of the enzymatic reaction.
At the end of the course, participants are expected to explain the essential concepts of enzyme.
- The goals of this course are to obtain basic knowledge about the catalysis.
- The goals of this course are to obtain basic knowledge about the 3 D structure of protein.
- The goals of this course are to obtain basic knowledge about the enzyme and catalysis.
