Course description
デザイン工学に関連する様々な分野についてテーマを設定し、それぞれの専門分野の指導教員のもとで1年間研究テーマに取り組む。3年次までに修得した共通基礎科目、共通専門科目、専門科目に関する知識を集結し、研究テーマの解決にあたることで、問題の解決能力を養い、設計・作品や論文のまとめ方を身につける。
Purpose of class
社会的な研究テーマのを自ら設定し、それらの解決にあたることで、問題の解決能力を養い、設計・作品や論文のまとめ方を修得することを目的とする。
Goals and objectives
  1. デザイン工学に関連する分野の課題を設定し、研究テーマを構想することができる。
  2. 研究遂行に必要な情報を収集・整理・分析し、研究テーマを立案することができる。
  3. 研究遂行にあたり、問題解決能力を発揮し、設計力、意匠力を用いて論文や設計・作品をまとめることができる。
  4. 論文や設計・作品の成果を説明し、討論に対応することができる。

Evaluation method and criteria
成績は、総合研究論文提出(50％)および最終発表会（50％）を経て、全教員にて審査する。総合得点率が60％以上を合格とする。

プロジェクトの進行に合わせて指定する。
Prerequisites
学修の手引きに記載の総合プロジェクトの着手条件を満たすことが、履修時に必要である。
