Course description
This course focuses on managing lifestyle to improve the quality of life, and students are required to record data on their lifestyle. Students are also required to practice sportsmanship in class, which is regarded as the most important evaluation in this course. As for the course of Technical, acquiring individual performance skills will be emphasized.
Purpose of class
Practice sportsmanship through wellness sports and aim for the establishment and improvement of daily lifestyle.
