Course description
This course focuses on managing lifestyle to improve the quality of life, and students are required to record data on their lifestyle. Students are also required to practice sportsmanship in class, which is regarded as the most important evaluation in this course. As for the course of Technical, acquiring individual performance skills will be emphasized.

Especially in this class, we aim to improve aerobic capacity and body fat burning method by performing aerobic exercise as a means to increase the amount of physical activity.
Purpose of class
Understand and practice correct aerobic exercise methods.
