Course description
This course introduces the basic concept and the important technical skill in the construction planning. The production system in the construction projects differ from other manufacturing industries. In other words, construction is carried out as a project, and the Critical Pass Method is used as a planning methods. In this lecture, the way of scheduling and progress management is introduces in line with the practice.
Purpose of class
The purpose of this course is to accomplish the following goals.

Applicable Until now, Professor has experience 20 years of a researcher, 2 years of a structural designer and 1 year in TAKENAKA corporation, which is one of 5 big general contractors in Japan. And then, Professor have several knowledge and experiences from Urban design, design-built and constructions. And, the professor has 1-st grade Architect. As a result, the professor is able to give several presentations based on actual experiences for students.
