Model-Based Design /Exercise1

HAYABUSA Keisuke
Course content
Model-based development is a method of developing while performing verification by simulation based on a model generated on a computer in the product design process. In this research, we will carry out numerical analysis, strength evaluation, optimum design and reverse engineering technology related to model-based development, and train the ability to solve various engineering problems through them.
Goals and objectives
  1. You can set a theme related to model-based design / collect, organize and analyze the information necessary to carry out research / create a research theme.
  2. You can customize them according to the situation by making full use of the software and hardware required for your research subject.
  3. You can make presentations at academic conferences, submit papers, and publish your research results.
Language
Japanese(English accepted)
Class schedule
1. Investigate related research, setting research goals
2. Creation of model data based on CAD and shape measurement
3. Simulation with FEM software and implementation of optimization
4. Customization of software and hardware related to research
5. Consideration of results and report of research progress
Evaluation method and criteria
Judgment is based on the status of efforts such as progress reports, research results, conference presentations, and submission of academic papers. A score rate of 60% or higher is considered as a pass.
Textbooks and reference materials
Textbooks should be specified along with the progress of the research.
