Course description
This class consists of "human resources management" and "organizational management." Topics related to human resources management (HRM) are such as motivation and leadership that are familiar to people learning business. Lectures regarding organizational management covers management plan, corporate strategy and culture and structure of organizations.
Purpose of class
An "organization" is a place where people gather for a certain purpose and use resources to achieve its business goal. The main purpose of the class is to understand how human resources and organizations are related under the management plan of the company, and to develop the ability to analyze the company from the viewpoint of "business administration" by touching on cases.

  1. To understand various theories and frameworks of management and apply them in your daily life and future career.
