Course description
This course is designed to learn theories, research, policies, and practices relevant to objectives listed below.Topics covered include: motivation, leadership, decision-making, group dynamics, and communication (details of topics are identified in the Course Schedule below). Throughout the course, considerable emphasis will be placed on: a) the practical application of relevant theory and research, and b) developing and applying critical thinking skills.
Purpose of class
The aim of this course is to acquire fundamental knowledge related motivation business person have, readership, mental health at the workplace in order to be a person who can play an active role while participate in organizations.
