Course description
Region is the foundation that forms the root of human activity, and regional design is also an important issue if we design social infrastructure. On the other hand, when considering regional design, it is necessary to participate in the region and grasping unique problems. In this course, we acquire the fundamental viewpoint to conduct regional design through practice of community collaborative projects.
Purpose of class
The goal of the course is to acquire the fundamental viewpoint to conduct regional design through practice of community collaborative projects.

  1. To grasp the unique problems of the region through interviews and observations
  2. To make design proposal based on the unique problems of the region
  3. To communicate smoothly with people having various backgrounds
