Course description
This course consists of lectures and physical activities, aiming at understanding know-how needed to look after health and put it into practice in social life. Students will learn the knowledge to manage the conditioning (theory), and play sports which require communication between students which enable to make friends easily from the early stage of freshman (physical activity). Students will make a habit of practicing good sportsmanship to build a successful relationship with others.
Purpose of class
Students will gain the knowledge to distinguish reliable health information by
its effectiveness and risks from untrusted source. Students will also practice sportsmanship by physical activities, and record data on the check sheet to improve their life style.
Goals and objectives
  1. Students can understand and practice the need and methods of health management.
  2. Students can practice self-care in mental health.
  3. Students can acquire responsible speech and behavior in the organization.
  4. Students can review and use health information.
