Research will proceed based on the research theme specified by the supervisor. Acquire the ability to solve problems in terms of specialized knowledge, self-improvement, and planning. Improve the ability to explain research contents in writing or oral presentations.

Research Guidance
The supervisor will assign single project of which related to Chemical Biology.
Research Content
Study on the protein of which fold spontaneously or fold with the short hairpin RNA as molecular chaperon.
(1) Construction of the vector that codes desired protein.
(2) Synthesis and purification of the desired protein
(3) Quantitative analysis for the protein- chemical interaction or the structure of the protein.
(4) Design, synthesis and evaluation of reversible folding short peptide drugs

Skills
Molecular biology (DNA, RNA manipulation, Protein purification with an appropriate chromatography and electrophoresis)
Organic synthesis (Either solid or liquid phase)
Spectroscopy (UV-Vis. Fluorescence, Circular dichroism, MS, NMR spectroscopy)
