2 Basic Architectural Planning
For understanding of architecture and urbanism, the technical knowledge on the building elements / components and the composition
/ construction is highly required.
In this course, students shall learn the basic ideas of the building elements and the construction of the several type of
edification and the basic knowledge necessary for the planning, design of architecture and the supervision of construction.
Practical examples shall be introduced in the slide lecture. For the students aiming to become qualified architects, professional
engineers and/or construction supervisors, the course is compulsory.
Architecture is a basis of all kind of artificial environment. The purpose of the course is to provide students necessary
technical knowledge about architecture so that they can be professional architects, urban designers, environment engineers.
