AKAGI Ryota
Course description
This course introduces the force production from perspective of neural factor, muscle, and tendinous tissues in the first half. The audience learn spillover effect of biomechanics on health promotion. Then, this course provides the sports biomechanics of walking, running, slowing, and kicking.
Purpose of class
The main purpose of this class is to understand the mechanism of exercise on the earth. This course aims at considering what does powerful means, what is determining factor of jumping heigh and distance, which means that the audience consider humans' exercise from perspective of anatomy and/or physics.
Goals and objectives
  1. be able to explain the determining factors of muscle strength
  2. be able to explain the role of tendinous tissues for exercise
  3. be able to consider exercises from the perspective of physics
