Course description
3年次までに習得した基礎的知識や実験技術を基盤として、配属された研究室において各々の研究テーマに沿った研究を実施し、その進捗状況について発表する。
Purpose of class
これまでに学んだ基礎的知識や実験技術を用いて、一定のテーマについて実験または調査研究を行い、その進捗状況について発表するスキルを養うことを目的とする。

  1. 指導教員と相談して学術的で社会的に意義のあるテーマを設定することができるようになった
  2. 研究テーマと関連する先行研究に関する調査を行うことができるようになった
  3. これまで学んだ基礎的知識や実験技術を用いて、研究テーマに沿った実験を推進できるようになった
  4. 研究の進捗状況について、発表ができるようになった

Challenge to discover and solve global issues
Research Content
Based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), " Responsible Consumption and Production " and "Quality Education," we aim to develop human resources development program for nurturing global engineers and scientists having the ability to discover and solve global issues. We will conduct cross-sectoral research and development about waste recycling and global human resources.
- Research on recycling of by-products and waste generated in the food manufacturing process
- Development of global human resources development program in science and technology
